Asheville (NC) -- Biltmore Avenue and architecture and  apartment buildings

Asheville (NC) -- Revival Italianate architecture and development

Description: Attractive, two-story granite random ashlar apartments with a low hipped roof, decoratively-cut exposed rafter ends, porches on either side of a central bay which is fronted by a Tuscan colonnaded shallow portico. Shares many stylistic similarities with its neighbors, 130-132 and 140 Biltmore, but shows also the re-revival Italianate style for suburban villas and houses.
